This contest is open to schools, daycares, homeschools, and after-school student groups.

To enter the contest:

1- Take your student group outdoors to pick up litter at your local greenspace, neighbourhood, or park.

2 – Take photos, and fill out this entry form before October 31st, 2022.

lesson plan is available to help to explore the environmental impacts of litter, as well as ideas for further student exploration and learning.

Please have conversations with students about safe vs. unsafe litter to pick up (e.g. needles, glass, etc) and have an adult supervisor present at all times.
